Positively Produced Foundation is a nonprofit organization that supports autistic and neurodivergent adults with employment services to help them succeed in the workplace.
We as a community can implement changes to better the world in which we live. We are called to be our brother’s keeper. The marginalized in our society are a fragile part of our world. We are connected to them in intricate ways, and if we allow it, we can join in their vulnerabilities and create stronger communities together. Positively Produced Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization serving adults with autism. Our aim is overall societal inclusion, especially gainful employment opportunities.
Positively Produced helps businesses understand the benefits of employing adults with autism and assists in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process. Additional training support is available as needed.
Through education, advocacy, and strategic partnerships, we are actively redefining the future for autistic adults in the workforce.
Hi, I’m Claire, the mother of a 33-year-old highly intelligent, highly talented man with autism. I was fortunate to provide him with the “gold package” of services: school, therapy, and ancillary services. Even then, we were met with ignorance and resistance in the job search process. For-profit agencies don’t have the same stake as those of us who have family members. I have spent the last 25 years educating myself on how to do this process correctly and successfully. I waited for others to fill this gap, but when I saw this need was not being met, I realized I was called to do it.
