On a mission to see the abilities of autistic adults SHINE in the workforce.

The Positively Produced Foundation exists to challenge the longstanding bias and misconceptions that hinder employment for autistic and neurodivergent adults. Combining education with action, we work directly with unemployed or underemployed autistic adults and connect them with businesses and potential positions. We then support both parties through onboarding and training to ensure a successful match and long-term fit.

Our work is grounded in the belief that, when given the opportunity, autistic and neurodivergent adults can leverage their unique strengths to contribute to the success of any organization and thrive in the process.

What We Do

Candidate Network

We are building a nationwide network of adults with autism ready to enter or re-enter the workforce. We then connect these candidates with businesses for potential employment.

Quarterly Publication

We publish a newsletter every quarter that features stories, creative writing, poems, and artwork created by those with autism. We are always looking to highlight our community's gifts and talents.

Monthly Social Events

Every month, we host an in-person social event for adults with autism to mingle, network, and build meaningful connections. Check out our events page for upcoming gatherings.

Engage. Explore. Evolve

The Neurodiversity Employment Network is dedicated to building pathways for neurodivergent individuals to find meaningful employment by connecting job seekers, employers, educators, and service providers.
